@YChronics You have to root your motorola cliq and then install the overclocking enabled kernel, then use the application called setcpu or some other similar one. Though you have to overclock carefully and set your cpu to a specific governor like Smart Ass or On Demand, because if you set it to performance your battery life will decrease fast.
