@TheDirtyNaughtyBoy steven bray owns the publishing rights of burning up.. they mean nothing that madonna has rights to. most of her early stuff is owned by others! part of y she became a control freak and started maverick records. i believe it wasnt til true blue that she started controlling and owning things!
