@missbrittany36420 your hair is just down right goregous. Im mixed but I have a crazy afro, more curly then yours and its so hard to maintain. I get my hair relaxed but after I wash my hair I cant find I good flat iron that will make it pin straight. The salons have this steel huge station with different flat irons, hot combs, curlers, etc and they just heat it up on top. Do you know what the exact name for that is? Or do you know what flat iron will make my hair look pin straight like yours?

@thefuneralofmyheart have you tried pressing your hair with a hot comb and the bumping the end with a flat iron? I dont go to the salon alot cause I dont straighten my hair much I usually wear my hair straight once a month or less. My hair tends to frizz alot so my hairdresser usually uses the marcel iron and hot comb on me... and it turns out nice...

Well i have a question. Im 12 yrs. old and i noticed when you flat ironed your hair, you left the flat iron in one place so you could go and get the comb to straighten it. If you leave the flat iron in one place to long will i burn my hair. I have really long hair and my mom already burned once years ago so thats why im watching this so i could learn how to do my own hair(:

@4SSW try not to leave it on that long because your hair will burn ....but the problem maybe that the temperature is too high for your hair type...

how do u straighten your hair from the roots (where the hair grows)? i have a problem getting to that part cuz it stays poofy but i can straight the rest of the hair. i am learning how to flat iron my hair without using a stove comb. also, how do u straighten ur hair in the back if you dont have those wide mirrors in ur bathroom?

@blueceleste try to get a smaller flat iron and do small sections of hair...the flat iron i had in the video doesn't get to the root so i use a 1/2 flat iron to get my roots. have you tried using a flat iron while flat ironing your hair? i use a comb that can withstand 350 degrees... i hope this helps but if not....feel free to ask me something else...:)

@macygurl556 its relaxed but i only relax up to 2 or 3 times per ever...i only had 1 this year...because i stretch my relaxers and i found that relaxers cause my hair to break easily if i get too many
