If im correct you edit spells or something or you make death knight weapons more powerfull

you can get portable enchantments if an enchanter is around and enchants the scroll of the enchant you want - so u can use it whenever (1 time use) you will need herbs to make ink which is used to make your scrolls

so far in the beta some talentry has a space for you to improove that skill - like for example: hunters concussion shot stuns for longer

no its not a buff it is like u know how u have the heavy leather armour from LW how u permantantly upgrade wep/armour inscription creates glyphs which upgrade the skill in anyway u want and it stays untill u remove it.

When did i say that it could be attached to spells? I said it upgraded spells. I never said that there were no "glyphs" that could be attached to items, just none that were made by INSCRIPTION. Inscription is gonna use herbs i believe to add another effect onto spells and abilities you have. An example is that a priest can add to the healing done by a say circle of healing or reduce its threat generation or a Shade Priest can sometimes stun the target for 2 secs while using mine flay. The inscriptions can help in both PvP and PvE. I also think that you can only make inscriptions for your own character/class. so no paladins makin Priest inscriptions
