Yoko Kanno is Japanese. Anyways I thought someone would say that the language had a strong Japanese like what I heard from a commentator of a Suikoden song video. Anyways the language that is sung here is latin they say. The song sounds too far from being Korean.

She composes for many anime series, games, and the like. She also composes for the band called The Seatbelts, which make pretty awesome music, too.

Like, if she were to say "Hello how are you" Each word would be from a different language. She sticks to Russian, celtic, and a little bit of korean when she sings. Those are her main choices.
