@LieABeautifulLife well if it's a small competition you're allowed back on. I got to get back up after 6 falls at my mares 1st cross country competition, although it was just a small local show. But in a bigger competition you'r eliminated straight away. If only you could just get back on do 1 jump and leave on a good note, wouldn't that be amazing

Danger is a massive part of eventing (and general riding itself lol).

I am a rather experienced rider myself, i jump and gallop etc but tbh I would NEVER attempt advanced cross country like that!

So yeah, that jump is a bit odd, but riders prepare to take the risks for things they love.

its ok having riders fall of as they know what lies ahead but the horses dont, so i dont mind the riders falling but the horses isnt fair, thet one who full galloped into the oxer and hit it with its chest, poor thing must of getten hurt quite bad, and the one who flew over the fence that was obveousley too high for the horse as its chest hit it, Even when i fall of i dont blame my horses, my fault but my xc course is only 2 1/2 foot jumps, that course was dangerous
