Nothing really happened for the first minute. A good rule to remember for sketch comedy is to have something funny happen every 15 seconds. You definitely had funny moments, but the beginning was way too slow, and with the attention span of most internet users, that's not good :p

(google "sketch comedy" and go to aboute the 3rd link, it has some amazing tips for sketch comedy writers/performers.)
