He is the product of two half-domestic, half-Bobcat, mixes. He was also the tamest of the two litters... he was very sickly and very small as you can see... He is now the alpha.
He looks exactly like his mother, Cry, except she had green eyes. She disappeared one day and I feel it is my supreme responsbility to care for BOUNCE as if I were babysitting him for her. He is still a wild cat and I keep forgetting until he panics inside the house... I continue to hope for his mother's return.
Lovely kitties! Up until recently, I've never had any experience with feral cats, but boy has THAT changed! There's a colony of 'em behind the building we just moved into, and not only did we end up adopting a four week old kitten, but we ended up adopting her mother two months later! My husband and I could'nt be happier.
Hi there, I thought I'd show you my Feral Cat (Bad Kitty) with the Chihuahua, playing!! I don't know how to use Utube that well, or how to send you a vidoe, so here it is, in a comment!!
He really DID. Even today as an adult, he expresses himself in the form of questions and statements. When he is looking at something unfamiliar, he says, "Mew?". When he doesn't want to come to me, or he doesn't like something, it is a definitive, "Meow."
I should expand on that.. he comes inside and does an "inspection"... he does not like: Ceilings, music, TV, anything moving on my computer monitor... but more than anything... ceiling fans, he will sit, at a distance and question anything unfamiliar.
I peed myself when he said 'meanwhile'.
