This is when the laws were passed in 2005 that allow the president to enable FULL MILITARY MARTIAL LAW WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF CONGRESS! Another law erased the line between military and civilian forces! You think they are gonna pass a law and then use it on you the next day or month? No1 that would be too obvious and would fuel the "conspiracy buffs" and therefore fuel the resistance! they're not stupid! they've been planning ahead for hundreds of years 4 years is nothing to them! It's one term!
