  • You are technically right on the song, for all those that complained. This is the same song, BUT it's a different score made for the LOTR movie. The Original was Lux Aeterna by Clint Mansel in, yes, Requiem For A Dream. The one in LOTR was composed a bit differently, so I say you're correct on the song details. :]

    besides that, amazing video :DD I'm an HP nerd so I was pretty much dfjlgksdlghdks about the movie. And in IMAX and 3-D?!

    I died. XD

  • Duh, exactly. I made this a year ago in anticipation for the 5th movie. I used clips from the other movies that seemed like they could be from ootp and compiled them together.  Think harder next time and check when I made the video.

  • There are so many versions of the 'Requiem for a Dream' soundtrack! Anywho, I felt it was a bit more of a music vid then a trailer - mainly at the beginning. But good use of clips.

  • The origin of the song is from "Requiem for a Dream." If you are interested in hearing more like it, look up the works of Clint Mansell and, specifically regarding "Requiem," the Kronos Quartet.

    After further investigation: The song used in the LOTR:TTT Trailer was a special edit and release of "Lux Aeterna" called "Requiem for a Tower." It is NOT in any film.
