Shame they couldn't spend however much money this cost them to make on staff that aren't so rude and unhelpful. Maybe next time they should save the money and send everyone on a customer service course. I won't hold my breath but I will be going elsewhere next time.

What they don't tell you is that the collection window is 6 hours. i just waited until 12.40 for a 9.00 collection. By my maths that means they owe me a net 2 hours and forty minutes. steer clear

Once I hired a car from Europcar, and the extra hour I gained was the worst hour of my life. First I made a coffee and it turned out to be radioactive so I got ill later; then I went to the bathroom to shave and I slipped on the wet floor and hit my head. After that I played with our cat but I dropped him awkwardly and fractured his spine. When the car arrived it was raining so I got my gelled hair messed up and I was late to work because I had to go by the vets.
