Without a doubt, Emery is a political prisoner who was "convicted" because he WAS the deepest pot (pun very well intended by Karen Tandy, DEA Administrator). What was it? On the DAY of the arrest, THAT was their statement. Marc is leader, a manager, and, sadly, now a martyr; it was his threat as a legalizer/activist that put him in the DEA's crosshairs. It's right there in their own press statement! How can m. be legal locally but not federally? Stop busting AIDS patients!!!!
