I took a different aproach. I bought some plywood, and expandafoam. Then I got some old bed frame rails and a 84 toyota pickup lip and welded up a frame to bolt the plywood to, cut out the plywood into a splitter, and riveted the lip to the bumper. I used the foam to fill in the gap between the splitter and lip and fiberglassed over the foam 10 layers. I've hit around 50 small wild animals, ran over a semi tire @ 50 mph and the lip still looks new. lol
