This was the second play of the game. The first play Madkin threw an incompletion over the fullback's head. Final score was 45-38 LSU. Very good game. LSU scored 21 straight points late to take the lead. State scored with a little less than 2 min. to go to tie. Labrandon Toefield and Dominick Davis had a field day running.

I remember being in the stands thinking they should throw it, because Jackie ALWAYS ran on the first play of the game...
And wouldnt you know, they did!
If I remember correctly, that game went into overtime, or it was close to it. LSU won like 31-27 or something. I just remember at the beginning of the game cheering for UAB where they had won 13-10 the weekend before.

Sure, LSU won the game. (See, I am man enough to admit it, unlike some people.) But it was still a good play for MSU fans and a great game overall.
