Dumping the NAND is not the problem. Any Xbox 360 console with a dashboard revision above 7371 has a different E-Fuse configuration and will refuse to boot an older kernel. You can neither access XeLL nor boot from the modified NAND image.

I'm afraid there is literally nothing which can be done.

If your intention is to unban a console, you would simply replace the KeyVault and reverse this modification.  However this would only be possible using a console banned before June 2009.
