she's not actually behind them, the camera is fixed in place and they are two separate video clips, one overlaps another so that the granny is hidden at first. what people have pointed out as "activity" is granny moving too far and showing the seam where the video clips are overlapping..

If you look at the reflection in the wall the white shirts the guys are wearing reflect. When the "granny" is there, you can see in the reflection the doors close, and the "granny's" white clothing do not reflect or respond to any of the light sources, although she DOES cast a shadow upon her own body from her head.

Anything can be faked nowdays with photo shop, graphic computers, etc.
