Yeah, that's the Japanese version, which allows 12 players in a room, but still 4 players in quests. US version has been changed to only allow 4 players in a room.

oh man this game will be epic. game of the year for 2010! well i'am a fanboy so yeah. byt still capcom better market the shit out of this game like they did with RE 5 if they want it to sell. just dont reveal alot and keep most of it to viral campaings like in MHFU. i'm pretty sure i mispelled campaings.

It's reason for not being on the 360 is actually Microsoft's fault. Same for Sony and the PS3.

They have "Graphical standards" that they want it to conform to and Capcom's built this series on keeping it low key. Nintendo simply doesn't give a crap about that graphical detail.

Capcom was originally making MH3 for the PS3, but then due to budget issues and the fact that the PS3 has a smaller following than any console in Japan, they decided to make it for the Wii, as everyone has one over there. @Tsunamidusher: IMO it's more so that the Wii outsells both the PS3 and 360 (in fact add ps3 sales and 360 sales, that's close how many Wiis were sold), not the so much of 'omg such high graphical standards, no can do!'

If you take a look at other Capcom games, they have definitely adjusted to the appropriate graphical standards to their multi-playform games, such as Devil May Cry 4.

And guess where the Wii sells the most. Hint: it's where MH sells the most. And another hint: not US/Euro.

@Tsunamidusher: With the MH population being generally in Japan where the 360 and PS3 are much less popular in comparison to the Wii (especially the 360), and as I stated in my previous post about how the Wii outsells the PS3 and 360 to shit, it's no surprise that Capcom has decided it's not worth it. Granted, porting to make it multi-platformwill takes time and money (big company anyways -_- they got money), but I think that's a much lesser factor, and that Sony and Microsoft aren't to blame.
