If you do that flat roof, you just could just go in to the building editor, make two different sides directly on the ground and voila! You have the complete roof.
Only problem is, I recently got a new computer, and I lost everything on my old one, including RCT3. I can't re-install it because I can't find the damn validation code thing. So, I will, but first I gotta download RCT3.

It's OK, I've re-installed it now, and I've installed the stadium mod.
Oh, and I use Fraps to do my recording.
