Auntiji, u r Sooo Gooood- Last week - i made suji(Semolina dhokla) for d first time.. it turned out very well.. Yesterday i made KHANDAVI for the first time in my life- I didnt believed it..And Today. i made KHASTA KACHORI with lentils. 8 pcs. no kidding. Auntiji-- it taste good. i m eating it right now..
It's like an Indian twist on a common dish! I love your videos Manjula, I plan to try some of your dishes. Two years ago in grade 7 I made a project on Indian food. That's how much I like it! :)
this is so simple, but so genius like recipe. cream cheese mixed with different ingredients to give a certain taste. how could I didn't think about it earlier? I looooooove cream or feta cheese. I eat them everyday. I would try the one with mint especialy and I think one can add his/her favourite herbs
this is something i will make alot!

I think she's using pepperoncini peppers - the pickled pepper rings also called banana peppers.

wonderful ideas. for me as a vegan I will replace the cream cheese with a tahini spread though and I think it should work fine. thanks Aunti'ji!
