Yes, the ferrari racing days is a yearly event as far as I know. hundreds of private ferrari owners, club challenges, sepcial events like F1 clienti (a exclusive owner club of former formular one cars). The Ferrari Racing days of 2011 were in Laguna Seca (US) and Monza (Italy). Just google for ferrari racing days to get the spot near to you, its great...

yap. The grand prix course is called nurburgring. nurburg is the name of the castle right behind the course (see the first 3 seconds of this video). the norschleife is actually connecting to this grand prix course, just before the last corner...
