Minyak subsidi kita diseludupkan oleh golongan tertentu. Antaranya setengah2 pemimipin kita yang memiliki stesen minyak berdekatan sempadan Thai-Malaysia. Rakyat bayar gaji kastam,polis dan unit pencegah penyeludupan untuk jaga harta kita tapi...harapkan pagar, pagar makan padi....Semua ini disebabkan oleh kerajaan yang lemah dan hasil kegagalan mereka rakyat yang menangung akibatnya....
selain petroleum kita antara pengeksport getah,minyak kelapa sawit dll yang terbesar di DUNIA! kemana pegi semua keuntungan itu....memanglah GDP naik,pasal dia naikan semua harga barang...saya pun erti buat kalau mcm tu....
Poor people not get any benefits, oil price increase, they don't have car or motor, didn't get any claim, but thing's price will increase. How they can survive? Clime rate sure will increase!

Government will get more $ from this change, but how much effective for them to use that $ for people and economy? Will this change indirectly increase the corruption and become more worst?

Oil price increase is not by our gov or BN but its happening world over everywhere. 2day 1 barrel crude oil is 135 USD or RM 445,20 , I barrell = 159 litter so one litter is about RM 2.80 ( tats only unprocessed crude oil) refining it is costly - & M'sia can go bankrupt is keep increasing oil subsidy
M'sia have equity interest in PETRONAS (60% share) -- we R not communist nation to have central gov control every bizness 100%. In 2007 budget, 32% (RM52.3Bil) of Federal Annual revenue was from PETRONAS via share dividend (60%), Taxes and oil royalties. If M'sia asks more then PETRONAS can go BUST in few years. If M'sia asks for oil instead of RM52.3 Billion cash then M'sia & PETRONAS can go bankrupt.

FYI.. 90% of our oil been exported not for domestic use.
most of your petrol domestic use were from Middle East oil.. due to its cheaper..
its been process by several plants in malaysia such as in Shell Port Dickson, Esso PD & Petronas Penapisan Melaka..

iF YOU LOOK AT THE BELANJAWAN NEGARA 2008, YOU CAN SEE MANY NONSENSE ALLOCATIONS SUCH AS ALLOCATION FOR ATTRACTING TOURISTS TO MALAYSIA IS RM858 JUTA.
AMBIK THIS RM858 JUTA DAN GUNAKAN LOWER THE PETROL PRICE. WISELY SPENT THAT ALLOCATION FOR RAKYAT THAN FOR TOURISTS.
