Seriously though, over 200 mm deflection in the stress analysis? That's over 2X the _width_, much less thickness. I know this is just for showing features, but please please please at least alert your viewers to common pitfalls of FEA. Any deflection over ~10% of part thickness should usually be run with nonlinear analysis. Also, use symmetry to simplify if possible, and watch out for sharp inside corners. Thanks!
