I fucking love this show. Mark was amazing as Eric Draven. If there is going to be a remake it should be Mark Dacascos To play Eric Draven again. Brandon Lee would of wanted it that them being good friends and all and the fact Mark was Phenominal in the series.

I must admit that with the crow makeup on, he does look almost the spitting image of Brandon Lee. I think that was the reason why they chose Mark Dascascos to play as the Crow in the series because of his strong resemblence looks wise to Brandon Lee.
Mark and Brandon had a 4 hour phone conversation a couple days before his death. They knew each other for years. And Brandon fought for the role of 'Eric Draven'. I watch a few ep of this series and being a huge fan of the first movie and Brandon Lee.. I have to say the series did it justice and Mark did a very good job as Eric Draven... I wouldnt mind owning all of this series on DVD.. props to Mark, filling Lee's shoes is no easy task.

He needs not to look like a filipino but in his blood he is. I've researched about him and it appears to my research that Marc's father is a FILIPINO. And his father lived in Cebu and that's one of the cities of the Philippines. It doesn't mean that he knew Martial Arts he's a Chinese already. He is not pure Filipino per se because her mother is not. Half Filipino if you want it to be. But still I'm still proud of him because He is a Filipino. You have problems with that?

Lol, Mark was also my first teenage idol crush. I've even created a character based on his looks. He was my perfect masculine figure! Now years have passed, new tastes in men came along, but Mark will always be gorgeous. ^_^

I believe his uncle still lives in Denver, CO. I spoke to him a few years ago regarding their style of martial arts training but he would only teach experienced martial artists.

I agree 100 percent. Brandon Lee is the Crow. But to be honest, This guy did pull of a good crow. He would've been good in a crow movie. He fit the "Brandon Lee" image of Crow the best (besides Brandon Lee, of course). That's as far as physical looks goes.

Not really, he is a total mix :)) He was born in Honolulu. His mother is of Irish and Japanese ancestry. His father is a martial arts instructor of Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese ancestry.

I loved Brandon Lee, he was beautiful and so cool and way too young to die! (Bless his heart and rest his soul). But then along came Mark Dacascos.... next to Brandon, he's one of the most GORGEOUS men I've ever seen!!! I'm writing a fanfic story (not about the Crow, something else), and one of my character's looks is highly based on Dacascos. So every time I see MD, I see my fantasy dream dude.... Oh lordy, I'm in love!!! <3 <3 <3

1the crow 2city of angels 3stairway toheaven which was turned into series, 4salvation 5wicked prayer. brandon lee vs mark dascasco, give equal perfomances and potray eric draven as he should be, however as much of a crow fan as i am i hate to see the crow starring brandon wouldn't have been so popular unless that murder had been commited. rip

I watch a few ep of this series and being a huge fan of the first movie and Brandon Lee.. I have to say the series did it justice and Mark did a very good job as Eric Draven... I wouldnt mind owning all of this series on DVD.. props to Mark, filling Lee's shoes is no easy task.

yeah he may of done a good job with his performance but it will never be the same. ever. it really annoys me seeing other actors play eric draven after brandon lost his life portraying eric. just leave it as it is brandon lee is eric. thats it no more. gosh wats with these producers.

I agree, Brandons shoes are to big for anyone to fill. Same with Christopher Reeves replacement as Superman. But I think Mark was probably the best choice. No one will ever take the place of Brandon he has made his mark in history as the one and only true Eric Draven... no one can ever take that from him.

In TV Series was another crow-woman, she was in ep. 15 and 19, as Hanna Foster, who was murdered with her daughter Rebecca. That's why she came back. What actress it is? No idea. You must check @imdb series "The Crow: Stairway to heaven"
