U have an amzing moniter I was gonna get a moniter or a beardie but couldn't aford the amount of food they eat so I settled for a way small and stickier crested gecko but I love my little bud:) and ur moniter is very pretty and healthy looking good job:)

heyy man,how did u tame ur nile monitor, i have one just as big as that and had it for a few months,i try taming it by keeping my hand inside the tank so it can become comfortable with me,but once i carried it,it bit me like 4 times

his nile is so nice because its an ornate nile monitor. the common nile is harder to "tame" but mine is fairly nice it only lets me handle it.. but the way i got mine so nice is i slowly pet his sides and neck so he knew i wasnt some big ugly predator trying to eat him. just be calm with ur nile. give ur new nile 10 days to get used to the move without handling(besides feeding)

dude monitors dont rush you they warn you before they will strike you... so if yours is getting fussy back up, its not hard to tame them.

Que chido,y disculpa mis faltas de ortografia,esque me emocione nomas de ver el tuyo,esta chido jeje... solo que mi duda era,porque veo que le das d ecomer con las pinzas,y agarra la comida muy bruscamente jeje...tambien porque no te que en este video ni en el otro,lo cargan,ya mirando que lo agarren o lo carguen,como que ya siento am sseguridad,mas que nada porque mi jefe se encabrona que tenga animales agresivos xD

hola, la verdad es que se pone nervioso cuando le modificamos la rutina de la comida, por eso no tengo muchos videos,

cuando alguna situación no es lo normal de cada dia se pone raro,, pero se queda en simles bufidos.

Nosotros lo tocamos todos los dias desde que entro en casa asi que esta tranquilo y se siente seguro al manipularlo. de pequeño nos mordia y nos regalo alguno de sus latigazos,,,

Perro verde jaja XD En mi escuela teniamos en mi grupo un chiste local sobre el Perro Verde.

Son geniales estos bichos, siempre he querido uno y pienso comprarlo muy pronto... crees poder darme algun consejo al respecto? Mas que nada la cuestion del tanque o terrario... hay alguna razon sobre el tamaño de su habitat? Por ejemplo, en iguanas se calcula un perimetro 4-5 veces el largo de la iguana.
