I think the Ramones are the greatest band of all time. But they did sell out. That album with phil spector was a compltete grab at success, and look how different the sound ended up being because of it, spector is to blame for that, but the Ramones are to blame for letting it happen. Johnny's said countless times he wouldnt settle for anything other than complete mainstream success. Favorite band <3
