Alistair was born and lives in my city, but Ewerton practices Kyokushin, my style.

Whoever goes through (I think Alistair) he must beat Badr in the semi finals. May the best one win. osu!

You have a right to be, I assume either the main training was done and they're shutting down with some light S. Boxing.

Or the other way around some intense workout was done earlier and it was finished with this.

I'll just assume they won't show any sparring because they're scared to show any possible flaws he may have before the WGP.

All that matters to me is he knows he's in a kickboxing match not a Kyokushin one.

A chin has nothing on either endurance nor limited defense, Alistair knows it.
