Ahhhh I love this version (by US Renditions) over the Manga Ent redubs. They really messed up the final battle scene by removing the music (it's on the subbed track though).

I always liked how this dub used Takeshi Kusao's version of the opening song at the end instead of the standard one. Seemed really fitting to me, for some reason.

The only thing so far that ive noticed that the remake of this has over the original is better graphics and much better voice acting ( howveer personally i prefer both graphical styles 4 diffrent reasons) but the voice acting in this is terrible at times

HELP!!! Can someone please answer my questions about guyver? lol I'm too young to have known stuff about this show. I recently bought the blu ray set of the new remake of Guyver and I love it!!

1st Question: Was there ever a season 2? I heard it was on manga only, but I want to make sure..

2nd Question: How many versions of this show was made? I heard 3, but I'm not sure..

3rd Question: What's with the movie? "Out of Control" is it a sequel? What's with the chick guyver? lol thanks

@Jehuty989 ok yes there was a season 2 of THIS series it went all the way to ep 12,then they made a REMAKE of the entire guyver series in 2005 you can watch it on youtube as far as guyver out of control is concerned it was made before THIS series its not that good

Q 1: Sadly, There is no 2nd season. It is all Manga.

Q 2: Im pretty sure 3 is correct. There was Guyver: Out of Control which was like 55min (Short Movie). Guyver: OVA (Original Video Animation) which contained 12ep. And Then The Latest Guyver, released in 2005, which is probaly the Blu-ray set you have.

This was my favorite OVA when I was younger, and this was by far my favorite battle. Made even more so by the theme in the background.

The UK dub was the version Manga Video in the States used on the two DVDs with episodes 1-6 on the first DVD & episodes 7-12 on the second DVD
