I'm not too sure about latest tier lists but he is definately not top tier. So isn't Law. And that's the cool thing about this final. Two, at best, mid tier characters delivering an unbelivable entertaining fight.

What in the hell are you talking about?  Kuma's play style is so unothodox and awkward compared to every other Tekken character that I'd argue that playing Kuma requires more skill than other characters.
