@Ithnktr4im First, Yellowcake is not a weapon, it is not potent enough to make a bomb and Saddam did not have the capability to enrich it. None of the yellowcake was stockpiled after 1991. The UN checked the yellowcake once a year since the first gulf war and it was legal under international law or they would have removed it. The last check on the Al Tuwaitha Nuclear Center was in January of 2002. Furthermore UN inspectors were allowed to return to Iraq under resolution 1441 in November of 2002.
Photos exist of yellow cake. But this video didn't show evidence of UN labels or UN Inspection, serial numbers, signs or postings. I have read a letter from the Service Member that took the numerous photos I've seen.

Under the part you highlighted about the yellowcake not being a dirty bomb, it says that it can disperse radioactive elements. So essentially it can be put in a bomb that could explode and disperse it all over a city killing anyone who breathes it in. Under that it says that it can be enriched to make nukes (although unlikely). This stuff was a threat.

@Ithnktr4im First, Yellowcake is not a weapon, it is not potent enough to make a bomb and Saddam did not have the capability to enrich it. None of the yellowcake was stockpiled after 1991. The UN checked the yellowcake once a year since the first gulf war and it was legal under international law or they would have removed it. The last check on the Al Tuwaitha Nuclear Center was in January of 2002. Furthermore UN inspectors were allowed to return to Iraq under resolution 1441 in November of 2002.

Photos exist of yellow cake. But this video didn't show evidence of UN labels or UN Inspection, serial numbers, signs or postings. I have read a letter from the Service Member that took the numerous photos I've seen.

It was from a service member, I think a US Army officer as may are forwarded to me from my stepfather, who is a retired Army Colonel. Fact is that yellowcake Uranium cannot be used to make an atomic bomb. Uranium in reduced form and enriched to or above ~ 65% in U-235 is required.
The processing required to obtain kilogram quantities of weapons grade material from yellowcake was very, very far beyond Iraq's capability.

Consider also that during the 1990s Iraq sold some of its yellowcake on the world market. With 500 + tonnes remaining on hand, the last thing that Saddam Hussein needed to buy from Niger was more yellowcake.

To make weapons grade material, the Uranium has to be enriched to about 60% U-235. Yellowcake isn't in a chemical form suitable for enrichment, it needs to be converted to the hexafloride first.
Iraq used hundreds of thousands of chemical munitions during the war with Iran. WIth a dud
rate of perhaps 15% there are undoubtably still thousands unexploded sarin and mustard shells on old battlefields and test ranges.
Finding a couple of old duds here and there is unremarkable.

Sarin is not yellowcake Uranium, and it is not made from yellowcake Uranium, so it is not relevant to the topic at hand.
The only sarin found in occupied Iraq was traces left in munitions that were lost, discarded or fired prior to the imposition of sanctions, or in WMD test kits.
By the end of 2002, Saddam Hussein hadn't even controlled the Norther third of his own country for a decade, so much for being a threat to his neighbors.

When Saddam sued for peace in the 1st Gulf War, 1991, part of the Terms of Surrender was that he was NOT ALLOWED to have ANY materials that could even POTENTIALLY be used for WMD.

If any of these things were true, then it's the Presidents responsibility to display such evidence before the world. Don;t blame the media. Under the part you highlighted about the yellowcake not being a dirty bomb, it says that it can disperse radioactive elements. So essentially it can be put in a bomb that could explode and disperse it all over a city killing anyone who breathes it in. Under that it says that it can be enriched to make nukes (although unlikely). This stuff was a threat.

Yellowcake is very poor choice for a dirty bomb because the 'hotter' isotopes, the decay daughters, have been removed. There are much more effective materials that are also readily available..

The yellowcake stored openly at Tuwitha did not violate any agreement. Uranium yellowcake is not WMD material The yellowcake had been monitored by the IAEA since it was purchased in the late 1970s.
Iraq did nothing with the yellowcake, other than sell some on the world market, in the 24 years that it was stored there.
Iraq could not enrich Uranium because the UN destroyed the Iraqi enrichment equipment in the 1990s.

Uranium yellowcake doesn't 'go bad' like milk.
It does, however, require elaborate processing, both refinement, and enrichment, in order to make fuel for a nuclear reactor and a great deal more enrichment to make weapons grade material. Iraq did not have the equipment for either the refinement, or the enrichment.
In fact, Iraq sold 30 - 50 tonnes of its yellowcake on the world market during the 1990s.

When the IAEA returned to Iraq in 2002 all of the yellowcake and other nuclear materials that had been tagged and sealed prior to 1998 were still right where they had been left.
This was reported by the IAEA and UNMOVIC. Those reports were mostly ignored by the mainstream media which evidently preferred to get their 'unbiased' information from spokesmen for the Bush administration, and from their own consultants who were secretly paid spokesmen for the Bush Administration.
