  • LOOK UP PERRINE BASEBALL ADRIEN#24

  • Fellas, The video is informative, an approximate shoulder width athletic body position, is sufecient for good balance & maneuverability, there are basically 2 different types of throwing techniques, infielders & catchers should have shorter arm movements than outfielders and pitchers, without dropping the elbow and pushing the ball, which happens when one drops the elbow. To view how infielders & catchers should throw a baseball go to Joe Wilkins catching video's.

  • Thanks for posting this. Im a catcher and i some times have trouble makeing a throw from the plate to second during a steal. I hope this helps

  • This will help, but remember you need to have a shorter arm arch, and throw from close to your ear. Not only do you have to have a strong throw but you have to release faster. Also proper footwork is a must. Good luck! I hope you can improve!

  • @thecubsare1 same here, i always short arm it and have no accuracy, and it always beats the shit out of my elbow and shoulder... on top of already having a shoulder injury
