  • that car not turn on signal,,

  • I love seeing jackasses get what they deserve

  • @dutchpride187 I agree. You cross the double yellow, you get what you deserve. (And I'm a biker too.)

  • usually fault is to ignorant car driver.. but this one was all biker. should've used common sense to see that car was slowing down to turn. even if the person didn't use the signal. that is how the mentality of a biker should be to anticipate this sort of thing. live and learn I suppose.

  • Ooops. Hopefully no broken bones!

  • Double yellow lines on road!100% bikers fault!

  • @72bigblockmonte as well as a road sign saying the road turns left!

  • dude that was fucked, at lest he hit you on the side instead of a straight on collision, that is why i keep it simple and ride according to the law, ocassionally speeding for maybe 10 or 15 mph over the limit but that's about it.

    did you sustain any injuries?

  • Two dumb-ass M/C drivers.... Oly thing the car did wrong is no turn signal.... but it is still the responsibility of the dumb-ass M/C driver. Not to mention NO PASSING ZONE!!! Duh....

    Got what he deserved....

  • bleh... sorry for the bike

  • Double Yellow Line. No Passing. Two Idiots. One got hit. Thanks for posting a video showing how NOT to ride.

  • hahahahahahahahahahhahaha die muther fucker die.....

  • wtf you overtake at a junction? never ever do that....

  • no passing on the double solid line the bikers at fault! still it's to bad the car driver wasn't watching his mirrors, also it's hard to tell from the vid but it looks like the car blinker was on at the last second just before he turned. Not much notice! Just the same thou bikers fault.

  • @mbhunter2011 Do you shoulder check before a right of way left turn, if you do good job, cuz i dont.

  • @KayvanKurd No I must admit I never do a left shoulder check before a right of way turn, but I do check my mirrors. You never know who's barrelling down your ass when your about to make a turn or stop to do so. Still to bad for the guy on the bike he shouldn't have pulled out to pass.

  • @mbhunter2011 Agreed

  • Some bike riders think the rules of the road don't apply to them. He /she clearly were passing on a double line ,so you get what you deserve. Drive responsible and things like this wouldn't happen.

  • haha nooobzzzzz

  • The rider crossed the double yellow line. He got what he deserved....squid.

  • The car was not making a turn he was following the road as it had a sharp right hand bend (see the road sign before the accident) the biker thought the road went straight on, the car did not have to indicate when he was just following the road

  • Lets see....crossing over a double yellow at an intersection to pass...was anyone surprised with the result?

  • Uhhmm ok

  • Not only was it a no-passing zone, the SUV was braking before the turn; even with this horrible resolution video I could clearly see the break lights... generally if someone is braking before a turn they are either turning or letting someone out, making an overtake incredibly dangerous. Even from a simple CBT (Compulsory Basic Training) every rider is taught not to overtake at a junction. This crash was at no fault of the driver in the SUV as indicating is not a legal requirement.

  • вот мудак на машине

  • Its a mutual fault. the car turned without any signal and the bike passed well tried too in a no passing lane.

  • usually it's cars fult , but this time what an idiot biker

  • Double yellow, left turn curve. No need for SUV to signal. if you look to the right of the street sign where the bike wanted to go, you can make out an octagon shaped sign (most likely a stop sign). Stupid rider.

  • co za chuj głupi

  • ouch ouch ouch ouch

the biker may have been wrong, but there was no way that the auto driver would not have noticed the attemt to pass.....especiall after the first bike passed. The crash was deliberate and the auto driver is just plain evil........... and NO I do not ride a bike

  • double yellow line + junction. dumbasses

  • too stupid.

  • hmm, car driver= women driver? i think so ;)

  • @DangerBoy1594 - Look closely, the SUV continued on the road he/she was on (the double-yellow line continues to the left). The driver did nothing wrong, regardless of their gender.

  • car blinker ???

  • @Allgameszogger429 - see the double-yellow line continuing through the curve. No blinker necessary since the care was just continuing on the existing road, not turning.

  • @cbr125rcanada this assumtion is what some drivers always think.yes you may be right/legal that that road continues but for the sake of all people around them why not turn on the left blinker just to let everyone, be it in front or behind the SUV, know that they intend to make the left curve/turn.I drive on a 2 lane(1 lane each way) highway that splits. One way is a slight left curve and the other is straight through.Even though I may not have to I still use my signal to let everyone know

  • @crypticsh I think it would actually be unsafe to attempt to apply your signal at every curve in the road where another side road splits off. Do we include driveways? At what angle does the side road need to be at to warrant a blinker in a curve? This kind of needless attention is bound to cause more problems than it solves. The rules of the road are clear. A signal is required when a turn is anticipated. Violating the rules makes things more confusing for others, not less so.

  • @cbr125rcanada meh...its argueable, and could go both ways, but I'd rather not argue. I'm not saying every curve, but I will just leave it at that. happy riding when it gets warmer out!..assuming you have a bike and live up in canada, all according to your name :)

  • @crypticsh

Happy riding to you as well!

Indeed, I'm lucky to live in one of the rare parts of Canada where I can ride all winter. :-)

  • i dont understand how anyone could say it was anything but the Riders fault. Period Its a double yellow line with a street sign that shows road going to the left and one straight take the sign down it doesn't matter I would NEVER try a stunt like that..... crazy !

  • idiot.

  • Good for him, nice to see these dopes getting taken out. Serves him right for riding like that.

  • Bikers fault

  • u stupid twat

  • Double Yellow Lines you freaken idiots! That's what happens when you break the rules of the road. You get what you deserve.

  • Double yellow..no insurace and god knows if he was hurt...And broke on or if not the most basic riding rule, ..Never overtake passing intersections.

  • true. double lane turning, biker made a bad call, but it looks like the truck/suv, as it turns, it takes the oncoming lane... it would be good to know who payed for damages, cuz the biker was wrong, he pay for his goods, and the suv coul've/should've prevented it, then pay for his.. interesting.

  • @pedroaguiaromundo what are you talking about?? Who pays when a moron passes on a double yellow and gets hit like that?? THE MORON. How do you expect the suv to turn without goin into the other lane?? The turn is the whole reason for the double yellow. If the fucking moron biker would've waited two seconds he would've had the road to himself!!

  • @Sahadi420 Yeah, for sure the biker was THE example of what not to do, what i said was that the suv could've prevented it! two bikers at your rear view mirror, one of them passes you and you can see the other one is going to try and keep up, so you just swerve your suv into the biker because you can and there is a curve and you can't brake right? any way biker's fault, but the suv came into the oncoming lane to avoid having to brake to make that turn, it was a tight turn for him! hope you see it

  • @Sahadi420 no, wait, the suv did break. at 0:10 you see a sign that the actual street is going to turn 90 degrees. So, it is a double lane street, one lane going, one coming. the suv enters in the oncoming lane, suvs are big sometimes need to. maybe he tried to just scare the biker, beacause making the turn properly would have run over the biker istead of hitting sideways

  • @pedroaguiaromundo i'm not saying the SUV could not have avoided the accident. ALL accidents CAN be avoided. Someone has to mess up for there to be an accident. My point is that you were wondering whose insurance would pay, and it's the bikers insurance, 100%.

  • the biker did the wrong thing but the car driver could of used his signal instead of being a dick

  • Biker's fault completely. The road was curving left. It doesn't matter that vehicle was just passed by the other bike because it was already right at the turn... only a dumbass trying for the Darwin award would try to pass right there.

  • Maybe it's written in the vehicle code somewhere that sport bike riders need not obey the double yellow line (do not pass) law. Seems to be a common theme. Classic douchebaggery at work right here. So glad the rider was kind enough to share his piss poor judgement with the rest of the world.

  • OOO so the car wasn't even turning off the main road. He was following the road. Man this biker is an R tard. Wake up man and pay attention!

  • Another dumb rider . The 13th, 19th and 6th letters of the alphabet are MSF

  • @doable1 yea well you know what. People dont understand the definition of SIGNALING EITHER.

Since we are being constructive. I would like to point out. Their is more to Making a Turn Then just Using a Turn signal.

MUCH LIKE BODY LANGUAGE. A Good Driver Can use his car and his Driving behavior to indicate that he might be making a turn.

In this video, That car does Not practice what I preach.

Not that I am Any better. But holy fuck. Thier is more to making a turn then flashing lights.

  • @RBs2THEGRAIN Understand what you are saying but the solid double lines follow the bend, not go straight,...so technically the truck didn't need to signal since he was following the road

  • never overtake at a junction guys- or anywhere there is a possibility that vehicle MIGHT turn left or right- whether the driver signals or not the biker will come off worst (after the junction is fine though IMHO)

wouldn't it have been simpler & safer (& cost alot less in this case) to anticipate that the vehicle MIGHT turn, hold back, wait for confirmation & then go?

can't understand why the biker would fail to anticipate this- it's not as if he couldn't catch the lead bike five secs later

  • I agree with you 100 % and even though the biker is complatley at fault the person driving the car is an ass.Just two seconds ago saw the first bike pass wouldnt you say tyhe next in line was going to try it as well.

  • Good point. But this was one of the slowest and sloppiest passes I have ever seen. + it was over a double solid yellow line so I don't think the car driver was expecting anyone to pass him.

  • @learn2rideVIDEOS Not all of us are psychic like you.

  • @olstar18 It is simply inattentional blindness in this case- the warning signs were there, the biker failed to spot them: double yellow lines, junction arrow, brake lights on the vehicle in front.. looking is simply not enough, you must SEE the information & link the clues: it comes with practice.

Remember! It is the same inattentional blindness when a car driver pulls out in front of a motorcyclist & says, 'I didn't see you'. They look but do not SEE. Search for 'dothetest' on Youtube please.

  • @learn2rideVIDEOS

anticipation is all very well but are you allowed to overtake on solid double yellow lines?

  • It was a no passing lane because the marked road went to the left. Look at the street sign and follow the center line. The road to the right is the alternate route, the intersecting road.

  • leadwolf67 is right. But the asshole in the lexus had to turn his signal light on.

  • Dumb lexus, He should go to jail! I say he did it on purpose if he didn't have a turn signal on. He needs a good beating.

  • fucking scum on lexus without turn signals doing corners!!! bitch man!!!

  • The car didnt even slow down or put his signal light on... so the were both wrong tbh

  • Se veia venir....

  • that was a no passing road so the bike was in the wrong and i'm a biker

  • @JayzBeerz Absolutely correct not only that but he is passing in a no passing zone

  • People who drive cars are idiots, the motherfucker in the suv didn't even look to see if he could turn

  • The biker was making an illegal pass on a solid line. It was HIS responsibility to pass when it was safe.

  • You're an idiot! The biker was wrong for passing on a double solid line. NO PASSING ZONE! The SUV should not have had to look behind him at all.

At the bare minimum, the SUV should have had his blinker on sooner. But ultimately, it's still the biker's fault.

    From one rider to another.

  • @leadwolf67 BLAH BLAH BLAH. You obviously don't understand what it means to drive.

Most people can Break And stop When they are signaled to do so but not many people know how actually DRIVE and become one with their vehicle. We just use our vehicles as a muscle and bully other people out of the way. Or simply to protect ourselves from the environment.

People like you would probably never have cross the street if someone didn't create a CROSS WALK.

  • so the biker was in the right to overtake past a junction? no! tytytyty

  • Double line down the middle of the road?

    What does it mean, fellas?

  • Funny...i hate motorcycles......they drive like ricers...

  • Hope the guy on the bike was ok but that was totally his fault.

  • die krieg ich so nen richtigen hass auf manche leute.. der muss trotzdem blinken.. ist ja ein fahrtrichtungszeiger und KEIN Vorfahrtsstraßenverlassenzeiger!!!!!!

  • If you look at 0:07, you can see the sign that shows the road turns to the left. The car would not need a turn signal here, he is following the road. The cyclist blew it here but hope he is okay.

  • Sorry guys, look at the road sign at 0:07. The road turns to the left, the car wasn't making a left turn and no signal was needed. The road the motorcycles were getting onto was not the main road even though it kind of looks like it. Totally the cyclists fault there. Hope he's okay though.

  • stupid motorcycles think they can do what ever they want. idiot probably wasn't even wearing a helmet.

  • Logical outcome.

  • I hope rider was ok and the car driver got his balls cut off. So many bikers have died like that =(

  • Stupid car driver??? You guys are all morons and if you ride your cyle like this, you deserve to get hit. Did you see in the video? The cycle tried to pass the car where there was a DOUBLE YELLOW. Morons....

  • Alltho the biker was overtaking in illegal spot & was probably speeding, still collision was the car drivers fault for not using turn signal. The fact that there is double yellow lines doesnt mean you can ram bikers off the road...

  • your right, the car didn't use it's turn signal, BUT, the biker was makin an unsafe pass on a double yellow line. It's not the car drivers responsibility to look behind him to make sure idiots aren't trying to illegally pass him. And as a biker YOU ALWAYS EXPECT POEPLE TO DO STUPID THINGS!!!!

  • Stupid car driver!

  • no turning signal tho...people never use em.

  • Yes Officer, I was illegally passing and got owned... That way everyone else with a sport bike pays insurance thru the roof. Cause Im too immature to be operating a sport bike and wanted to be cool like my friend... Monkey see, Monkey do.

If I was your insurance co, I would send you a letter saying we are not covering your damage based on your willful disreguard of traffic laws.

  • Not like the other guy used his turn signal....

  • so true... thats y we pay so much
