  • first shaking move i didn t like it but after most rare technical level impression i have ever had who is this guy?

  • 鹰爪功?

  • HOLY SHIT!!!! HE REALLY LOOKS LIKE A BIRD!!!! SO CCOOL!!!!! Kung fu is fun to watch!!!!

  • fastest ive ever seen!

  • Wow impressive, but it looks like he may be crankin dat soulja boy or the dougie

  • LOL This guy is like "HELP! I've got a snake in my pants!". But really, it's very interesting.

  • no mams parece ke le dio comezon en la cola a este bato xD

  • Jesus... that blew my mind. This kind of stuff is ridiculously fun for me to watch.

  • Have you ever studied before... 5 moves made? 3 decades to finsih. I generally don't troll, but honestly... what a pompous comment.

  • I believe this to be Eagle Fist Wushu.

  • It most definitely is.

  • I belive this to be Eagle Fist Wushu

  • JBroly, try actually taking martial arts lessons, then you can learn about your own capabilities. You can then learn from books and training videos more successfully, especially with fellow martial artists who share your enthusiasm.

I should have been clearer in my previous comment.

  • Good grief - an intelligent and helpful comment on youtube! Wonders will never cease!

  • the great wushu champion Xu Xiangdong, great wushu eagleclaw performance! you get 5 stars from masteringwushu . com

  • This technique is interesting/ entertaining and would be extremely well for a state of balance. But i must say that this would not be as great as other techniques in the actual contact fighting. But this is amusing.

  • Very nice, dude has some nice very fast hands. This is one of the most realistic video of eagle claw I've seen.

  • no- lol- sorry I confused you again- yes wing chun is good; but I meant a 'wing chun dummy' [look it up online or on youtube. It's like a wing chun punching pag but its really solid wood with poles sticking out fixed to the trunk for you to practice blocking and strikes on it... I made a softer version of it to practice on- its the next best thing to a partner to train with.

  • so, if is not possible to learn with the help of internet or books, how did learn the first great fighter? When masters doesn't exist? They learnt martial art and tricks with master? How can be if in the past masters doesn't exist?...

  • There are lots of stories about how different martial arts evolved. In kung fu, some people studied animals and understood their rules of fighting. Then they developed a similar way of fighting for humans and passed it on to students.

  • It is not possible to learn an art such as Eagle Claw with just the help of books and the Internet.

  • Is not necessary to be a budisht to do these things, for example, i am learning kung-fu, alone, with internet, and reading books.

Now i can do many things that this guy do(well, i have to become better).

All can do great things if train hard and with patiend body and mind.

  • jBroly; you need to know how to use it on someone and its real life applications- thats learning it- all you're learning is copying techniques. You need to know about how powerful you really are away from yourself-mentally and physically in situations that are challenging.

  • well...i know this...i can't be good as shaolin or as chineses(or whoever is) that learn to fight...but what can i do...where i live are not good masters and even if there are i have no money to pay lessons...now the only thing i can do is to learn in this way...

  • trust me I'm not criticizing you in a bad way... All I mean is you need someone to practice with to feel the pain in blocking effectively hard, keeping your balance when you strike, developing fast counters in combo moves, moving around on your feet in sparring sessions. Try and find someone who's interested in doing combination sparring with you if you can. Also make a 'wing chun' dummy by yourself- or something like it-something you can practice hitting/kicking/doing combos with stuff u learned

  • yea...you are right...i will search for somebody and try to learn wing chun, thank you.

  • this is nothing short of impressive. He even pulled of a move from MK Armaggeddon that the directors claimed was impossible without computer technology!

Li Mei's spinning kick move, I believe it was.

  • to a budhist nothing is imposible i believe reach for the stars ull get there soon

  • and what move would that be???? JUST CURIOUS???? BTW I am serious....starting to get back into it

  • Damn, he's fast.

Not sure if I'd trust that style in a real fight, though...

  • kev412l seems to know of its devastating effects.

  • The fancy tricks wouldn't work, but those strikes...beleive it.

  • this guys speed is incredible O.O

  • Eagle Claw is banned, because of it's attacks on the throat pressue points can kill. Also it's very powerful locking techniques can break limbs.

  • i never woonna fight them if they get ahold of a pressure point ull be soon paralised

  • His form is just like the Master on the shaolin Movie 18 fatal strikes!!!!! The snake and eagle claw would be a good match up!!!

  • This is performance art, but not martial art...

  • Effective is one thing. But it IS a martial art.

It was once effective back when it was developed. Now it's just traditional. An art form. Don't diss it.

  • wow I thought this dude was actually gonna fly away, like a goose instead of an eagle.

  • ok?

  • this guys impressive

  • hahaha awsome clip loved it

  • well i think that our troops should be home by christmas.......AWAY AWY down south in DIXIE!

  • I wish they'd do the demos slower. The forms are too beautiful to speed through which I see students doing most of the time. Its nice when he slows down in the low stances. All you others doing videos please go slower for us normal people to really appreciate the subtle moves you've learned hard to do.

  • people who are saying things like this is stupid or this guy couldnt win a fight dont know how much this kind of exercises improve your muscles and reflexes. So dont judge him if you havent done it at least as well as this guy.

  • fuck off

  • This guy is fast but he prob couldnt kick ne ones ass hey look at the bright side he could win a dancing contest.

  • It is very difficult to judge someones martial arts skill, until you compete against them, so you shouldn't insult hinm like that. Lots of different martial arts were ridiculed at first, until they were actually used in a fight, and then people started appreciating them.

  • yea becuz bagua looks like belly dancing in form, but really fucking brutal in combat

  • Where's the Eagle Claw? It's eagle wings, flying chicken Wushu dancing, not real eagle claw!

  • Like a soaring fuckin eagle.

  • CRISP

  • wowow this guy is very fast and perfected

  • Flexibility and relaxation is what it takes to present a form like that. Very interesting.

  • nuts

  • I know this Tao Lu. it's very good ! ;)

  • how funny would it be if u do tat in a real fight~

  • Its the artisiqe side of kung fu i think !!!lol

  • SOOOOOoooooweeeeet! Nuff said!!!

  • SOOOOOoooooweeeeet! Nuff said!!!

  • I'm surprised that there hasn't been some cocky MMAer on here saying "psh whatever I could take this guy I CAN DO DOUBLE LEG TAKEDOWNS". I wish some monk would drop into a mma competition and shut those idiots up.

  • extremely disciplined form, very talented artist

  • i bet that form was a bastard too learn :)

  • Personally I would love a chance to spar against someone like him. Not many people this good left these days.

  • is he realy that fast?? :O

  • yes...jet li is faster and donnie yen is even faster!

  • ya eagle form is one of the fastest forms

  • Beautiful form and power. Dare of you to spar with him!

  • There is a famous saying "there are many ways to the top of the mountain but you have the same view when you get their" there is no "best" marital art. You really should take more then one martial art I personally take Teakuando, mauy thi, and aikido.

  • hmmmm eagle claw is a good martial arts if you are good in it im doing Kyokushinkai karate thats the strongest karate

  • Is that a fact or an unsubstantiated claim? Let's learn a little subjectivity because there is no objective truth in your opinion. Have you experienced any other styles of karate? I'm guessing no or not much. I love the bias instructors impose on their students. Yea, I'm assuming your school preaches to you about how Kyokushinkai is the "Best" karate. Either way, it's still subjective and biased opinion, so you shouldn't try to make it sound like it's a fact when it's not.

  • I myself have been traing in the hung keun lineage of nothern shoalin kung fu for the past 1 or so and have been ripping apart the first form i learnt which was lau gar the second - gung si and the one i am currently learning tigerin' crane and have visitied some schools just to see how they train and what stunned to see how much bs there is out there!

  • TaeKwonDude i have to disagree with you there,

My teacher critises some karate NOT all and some other martial arts in the way that when they learn forms they do not learn the applications of that form.

  • People are always commenting on how martial arts (asian) aren't fit for street fights. Why the hell were they invented then? These guys developed styles of fighting to protect themselves. Some stlyes look more flashy than others, but that doesn't mean they're any less potent. Those that criticize other style of martial arts have no respect for any martial art for that matter. They may have pride, but that isn't the same as respect. They worked hard and deserve recognition for their efforts.

  • I agree with you 100%. People say this because it looks neat, and their seeing moves put together that normally wouldn't be preformed in a consecutive way. He wouldn't just do all of those moves at once, he would block punches and then do like a kick to the shin or something. Kung fu was developed for defending of the temple ages ago, and still serves for the same motive to defend something (yourself in most cases).

  • he would win in a street brawl becasue the only thing brawlers do is charge at u and swing helli's not hard to counter if u think about it but still even if this vid is sped up he still knows his shit

  • True Chris. In a usual street brawl all they do is charge with fists raised. You don't really even need to use much martial arts to win. You just step aside, trip them or hit them in the back of neck with a nice soild chop and they go down instantly. I know. I've gotten into a brawl before unfortunately.

  • Great for show, but i hope the kid doesnt try this in a street brawl.

  • i bet he would beat you in a street brawl

  • Very nice form, fast and fluid.

  • Great form. Ugly kid.

  • this motha phucka is great!

  • Sir... We've achieved mach 5... lol

  • Forms aren't really supposed to be fight oriented. This form does display absolutely flawless counterweight and tilt balancing. :] Nice work.

  • I still think this homey could fuck a bitch up

  • this is sport wushu and is NOT traditional Shaolin. Great form this kid did though, but not very fight oriented.

  • No, it's not sped up.

  • blkshinobi sped up sped up speeded is not a word. word?

  • u dont hav to go to china to learn eagle claw... its closely related to iron finger techniques

  • hmm..... looks speeded up......

  • kiershonnen, don't critisize him, i can bet you can't do no shit like that.

  • I still think Iron fist and Dragon hand style is better than eagle

  • holy crap...he really looked like an eagle! lol...hence the name I guess.

  • i wish i could learn eagle claw!!! awww man i dun think theres n e dojo or skool around here dat teaches eagle claw that SUX! imagine maui thai n eagle claw WOAH KOOL MIX!!

  • you have to go to china to learn shaolin kung fu-eagle claw style

  • they are not dojos..or skool..its called a shaolin temple..look around for it...but shaolin temples do not teach you what you wanna teach...animal forms...don't really come until a few years...monkey is like the 1st form my friend learned..or was it tiger..anywayz..they only went for 2 years..eagle has to be like 1-2 more years lol

  • That's just plain incredible.

  • nice moves

  • Pros:Ultra low stances, great flexibility, and good speed.

Cons:Not well conncetd with upper body techniques.

  • Whew, that somersault on the ground looks pretty weird. How'd he do that?

  • Looks more like the modern wushu version of Ying Jao Pai.

  • ohhh

  • Man that stuff seem easy but it is hard
