Great to finally see this footage - the RCA album of the show (the evening show) is burned into my head but jeez, "Tomak" get over yourself at ELVISCITIES and remove that tag line that mars this footage -either you or Elviscities.

Elvis is for the ages and you know more "own" this than anyone owns the Mona Lisa in 2009. Let's see it in the full unvarnished manner.

For a guy that didn't tour Europe he sure made an impact there, I think in the UK he has had more success there than here, and look at the groups like THe Beatles and others who he and his 50's contemps influnenced

PPL don't realize how many mistakes the colonel did managing Elvis, the one i always hit my head on the wall when i remember is how he rejected the starring role in "A star is born" with Streisend. And imagine Elvis touring Europe !!!!!! god forgive the col.

Nonetheless Elvis is the king of music and will always be.

People tend to say Elvis was lame. Really? Thats why it was known Lennon, Harrison, Bowie, Art Garfunkle and Led Zepplin were all in attendance for this concert. Seems to me the competition was checking out thier inspiration.
