  • @drastaify To an extent, I agree. Hauling all that weight around does make a bit of a benefit but probably not enough to cause any major strength gains. I arm-wrestled a guy who was like 250 lbs or more and we were tied. I was at my natural build and hadn't been doing an exercise regimen pretty much ever.

  • @MrTb1208 he benches over twice his bodyweight, and with a shirt he benches 815 pounds. that's 315 pounds, which is around his bodyweight, PLUS bands that are adding up to 100 pounds of resistance. and he repped it for SPEED.  you don't know anything about benching or powerlifting apparently, so i wouldn't open my mouth if i were you.
