But in all seriousness if you are actually looking to play Bad Company 2 for real you might want to play rush mode. The maps are broken into smaller sections so no running 20 miles. There's attackers and defenders so the dudes will either always be in the same spot so you can shoot them, or will come to you so you can shoot them. Play the Cold War map. I guarantee it will be the most intense fire fight you've ever been in in a online fps.

This game is more camper friendly than Call of Duty. At least in COD you'd have better mobility, the maps are smaller, enemies are easier to find, radar actually works, and you don't have to spawn with and cling onto teammates like a fuckin umbilical cord to be successful.
@realhooddan Because CoD isn't based around teamwork, it's an arcade shooter and is made to be like a John Woo movie. The mobility part for BF is there because DICE are just trying to add a bit of realism but not go too far with the realism.

CoD is built for the people who don't want to use teamwork, or as little as possible. On the mobility part how did they fuck up? I'm not in the Army but you wouldn't be able to run like you do on CoD with loads of equipment on your person.
1: Spawn on squad mates that are already close to other enemies.
2: You're in a game with some good teamates, which you can tell because your team is slaughtering the other team, which is why you cannot find any enemies. Your enemies are always dead and being spawned away from the action.
3: Those ATVs are so you don't spend so much time running around.
4: Play squad deathmatch. The maps are smaller and have either a tank or no vehicle.
@BradTheAmerican What's your NAT type on your connection settings? If it's NAT3 that is a strict setting so you will have many problems finding games.
you're a noob at BF, that's all. if you were paying attention to the map, the squad, your objectives, you might be able to get some kills.

This game is more camper friendly than Call of Duty. At least in COD you'd have better mobility, the maps are smaller, enemies are easier to find, radar actually works, and you don't have to spawn with and cling onto teammates like a fuckin umbilical cord to be successful.

@realhooddan Because CoD isn't based around teamwork, it's an arcade shooter and is made to be like a John Woo movie. The mobility part for BF is there because DICE are just trying to add a bit of realism but not go too far with the realism.
I like both BF and CoD so don't take this reply as if I'm hating on CoD

@realhooddan Well I'm afraid that in this game you MUST use teamwork otherwise you're fucked. If you don't like it, then just don't play the game. CoD is built for the people who don't want to use teamwork, or as little as possible. On the mobility part how did they fuck up? I'm not in the Army but you wouldn't be able to run like you do on CoD with loads of equipment on your person.

To Fix Problems:
1: Spawn on squad mates that are already close to other enemies.
2: You're in a game with some good teamates, which you can tell because your team is slaughtering the other team, which is why you cannot find any enemies. Your enemies are always dead and being spawned away from the action.
3: Those ATVs are so you don't spend so much time running around.
4: Play squad deathmatch. The maps are smaller and have either a tank or no vehicle.
That should fix most of your problems.

@BradTheAmerican What's your NAT type on your connection settings? If it's NAT3 that is a strict setting so you will have many problems finding games.
