His response was, well because of the fall we have imperfections.

mutation actually isn't completely random. some cancer cells when treated with -I forgot what- actually mutate, an actual change in DNA, to become resistant to that almost immediately. Scientists are trying to figure out how it works.

For example when rolling a dice the results may appear random but the landing side is just based on factors of the situation. Theres nothing really "random" its all based on factors.
