@arsedd some power stations run without maintanence, its only that they shut them off at times to allot power elsewhere or to cut power off consumption, guess the bombs fell when they were on...and didn't destroy them...?

Very well done video! I'm currently trying to play through Bethesda's games starting from Morrowind with these graphical overhauls and they definitely amplify my gaming experience. HUGE kudos to the dedicated modders out there.

Well, I'll be damned...You know, I downloaded every single mod from the links at your blog, and after I was done installing them all, my Fallout 3 GOTY copy wouldn't start (It would just run the first slide for half a second and then show the "Program Stopped Responding window). Is there an order in which the mods have to be installed, or any particular precautions to be taken before installing mods? Any help would be appreciated, since I'm dying to replay this game with added value.

@PachuStrauss I'm sure you figured it out by now. but if anyone has the same problem. Try installing the mods one by one at a time. Launch the game if it works move on to the next. I know it will take longer. but it's the best way to ensure it will work with all mods installed.

It seems like you have alot of different retextures. It looks like the clutter pack would overwrite some of neil mcs textures which are better like the tires. How do you get around this?

NMCs Texture Pack: by NeilMc NMC: personally when i installed it,the game lost its nature, there are many realistic textures but there are bunch of unrealistic textures which makes your game look like buggy. I have a damn descent gaming PC could handle any graphic. i like the weapon texture mods. what about the dynamic weather? is it realistic without bugs ?I dont want to ruin my FO3 again.

@hacker7305 i've the same pc configuration(only 4 gigs ram not 8) and i will test all the mods now... i can tell you how well it runs in some hours :)

@hacker7305 ok...i tryed only the texture pack ( NMCs Texture Pack: by NeilMc NMC) at the momen , the biggest version (3 gigs).my game settings were very high , resolution was 1280 x 1024 (i've got only a 19" TFT display) only anti alising was off. i could play the game, but not very well. it often lags, i think 20 to 25 fps. but tomorrow i will test the performance pack of this mod, the textures are smaller and it doesn't stress your computer so much. i hope this will work better :)

Since there are many texture mods, some overlap but it's not noticeable since all textures are very detailed.

@sigh999999 Yea does not make sense in a way but the Street Lights with NMCs Texture Pack and Dynamic Weather makes the nights looks to good to miss that mod out.

Hey dunno if you guys can help, ive got Oblivion Fallout New Vegas and Fallout 3. Oblivion and Fallout New Vegas run smooth on ultra settings, but Fallout 3 doesn't run at all. Says "detecting hardware" recommends what settings i should use then leaves. But once i press play, "detecting hardware" all over again and keeps on repeating. Cant play the game at all. Ive contacted Bethesda but there useless and don't reply. I'm bringing this up here cos this video makes me kick myself that I cant play

@ThatBritishNoob I did that's the problem, when you first start up Fallout it detects what hardware should be used with your com. Then never pops up again. But every time I start up Fallout it says "detecting hardware" Then "your recommended settings is Low" once I press ok accepting these settings and press Play, 'detecting hardware" pops up again and just keeps on repeating over and over again. This prevents me form playing.
