Something tells me they were GOING to have Kel'thuzad but changed it last minute (possibly because they already had him come back once), I mean LDW is basically just a female KT, and her fight is similar. It would fit better with the story for it to be KT yet again for one final showdown.

It was felt that his voice would sound too close to the Lich King's... which is kind of stupid, imo, because the old KT voice sounds nothing like the Lich King anyway.

You also have to understand is that this Kel'Thuzad was brought back by The Lich King (Combination of Arthas and Ner'zhul.) The Original Kel'Thuzad was brought back by Arthas as a Deathknight and a Combination of the Sunwell. So obviously being brought back by purely Unholy energy instead of a UNENDING FAUNT of Arcane energy would alter him dont you think? Also remember what Kel'Thuzad was in life, An Archmage, Also remember he was FAR away from Ner'Zhul Giving him some mental freedom to act.
