IMPORTANT!!! I do the same thing , FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO DO THIS BE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THAT THE HUMIDIFIER DOESNT HAVE A SCENT!!!!!!!! 90% of all humidifiers i see have a "refreshing scent" or something like that, do not buy the Vick's humidifier. These will kill your animals.

I love this idea because its seems easy and more fool proof than normal reptile foggers. I want to go ahead and make it, but i'm unsure of the size rubber grommet and type of hosing you used. Can you let me know?

yes except the reptifogger stop working in my experience after a few weeks these have far better output and never fail . Just in my experience
