@Sonicchannel100 1) sonic isnt stronger as werehog, he might ave bigger fists bk throw te speed of sound worth of force behind a punch and he will go flying.

2) eggman does not want sonic dead, he plays with him, he would be bored if sonic were to die, its a rivalry. He acctually says in a episode of sonic x where he belives sonic's dead and tails is about to die "ive allready lost one rival, i dont want to lose another!"

i guess you could say he finds the chase more exciting than the catch
