It is a great album. I don't get how people don't like it. D'You Know What I Mean, My Big Mouth, Girl in the Dirty Shirt, I Hope I Think I Know, It's Getting Better Man... all great tunes. Don't know how people can pass them up.
I think it was perfect for the year that it was released. It was solid & new & kinda futuristic. I mean, it really was a damn good album. It never gets the due respect either...
That album marked a part of my life. Every time I hear it it brings me back a bit. Good - NO - GREAT times.
I remember when Be Here Now came out. I was so fucking excited! I STILL think it was a great album, fuck the critics...
