  • The hour of power is a high intensity workout. I'd recommend you find somewhere to do this class :)

    I do it with a guy called Duncan in the west midlands, he is the most encouraging guy ever :)

  • :O Wow. 34 bpm is amazing. And what did you do in these magical 'hour of power' sessions? Where can I learn more? I'm guessing it's not the drinking game, since tha is all google can tell me!
