I was playing with addons when going into this instance. Main ones that make a difference to what you see are MetaHUD (the curvy bars around the main char), Scrolling Combat Text (all the rising text stuff), vBagnon (for the inventory pages and 'one bag' stuff)

Bartender 3 is vital for all the menu bar placement and sizes. FuBar gives the configurable bars at top and bottom of screen (similar to Titan)

It's all looking a lot cleaner now, which you'll see when I post the next movie :)
