trolln hard bro. pantera is influential as fuck man. im not hardcore metal, but as an example take a band like sublime and listen to the music they influenced, they're not covering 40 oz to freedom (some are) but the influence is noticeable. its the same shit with pantera. if pantera wasn't still playing you'd see it for what it is, a continuation of the music you like bro.

chad lost his voice quicker cause their music is heavier than Pantera vocally. Plus look at some videos of Pantera live, the newer stuff sounds like crap vocally. Don't get me wrong i love the band, but people's voices wear out over time, it happens!

actually, the reason I like mudvayne today is because I discovered their music by listening to their song not falling on the movie ghost ship. I thought the sound was absolutely awesome, so one day I decided to look them up, and as I have listened to songs from each of their albums, I found that in each, chad has a different voice style. But I can see where your coming from, you liked their old albums better, but if you cant see that their going back to their roots, then goodbye. : )

Mudvaynes musical composing is 10x more complex than with pantera, and the singing style of chad is atleast 2x more complex and stretching so no wonder chads voice got fucked up in 4 years. you just cant listen music in right way so stop listening man :D or atleast try to listen alone somewhere in corner so you dont need to come here and make fool of yourself :D
