Very cool. It's all repetition. Usually, by the time a bird learns to say something, you're sick of hearing it! You just make the bird part of your family and teach it words the same way you'd teach a child. Be consistent.

Do NOT get a bird for the entertainment. The novelty wears off then the bird gets neglected. That isn't fair to the bird. If you want a pet for entertainment, get a bunch of colorful fish. We have 8 birds and they all come out at night for "play time".
