I think the first appearance of batman is worth a lot more then what he is saying seeing as it sold for over 1 million on an auction site. Alan Moore's The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen #5 and DC comic's Elseworlds 80-Page Giant are the two rarest comics in the world.

Silly of that envious other comics guy who claims the #27 was "trimmed,' when in reality when comics are made they're ALL trimmed when they come off the press! Some more than others, of course, but none of them are really identical. Same goes for staple placement, etc. The other guy's just jealous that he didn't buy the book first.

When a person asks you what something is worth , you can't lie and buy for very low or you are committing fraud . you can say , example : in the condition it is worth $x x.00 , and then make a low offer and that is not fraud .
