OMG, take the keys from this guy before he kills himself or someone else and destroys the bike. This is why they have motorcycle safety classes that you should take BEFORE getting a motorcycle license, let alone an actual motorcycle. Now I see why my motorcycle insurance premiums seem to get higher each year... people like this.
