What memories! I was a loyal fan in the late '60's, until we moved to Ca. The Midnight Sun game was always special, they didn't even turn on the regular field lighting.

Interesting video on Alaskan baseball league. It is well known as a great start for some well respected major leaguers. I can see why the college ball players seek going to Alaska in the summertime. Playing night baseball in daylight seems really interesting.

Alaskans are very accomodating to the ballplayers as well.
