Well, I may be out voted but, I still like the normal way. I hate lag, even if it looks better. I like performance more than it looking really good.

I would say HQ because people usually say HD is better but to me HQ is better

uh what u need 2 do is record in HQ but render in HD it wont be laggy and itll also look good
