@cindytran0909 I used a pretty small piece... so if you start with 4x7 cm rectangles like I suggest, your pipe cleaner should be slightly longer than the rectangle is wide... so about 6 cm should be plenty. Cut it with some pliers - I use a leatherman

Second attempt: One petal tore. I was able to tuck it away under the leaves so it still looks good :)
By the way, I'm using different kinds of giftwrapping paper. The paper for the leaves is thicker then that of the petals. So it's logical that the petals tear so easilly~

I've read directions on the internet on how to make this flower (except it was an 8 piece) and got really confused. Thank you so much for posting this video. I especially loved the additional pollen look in the middle. Great!
Yeah, you can actually add extra petals (just tuck the pieces inside the other petal pieces) to make the flower more intricate. It looks pretty cool, but I figured I'd start with just the 6 pieces.
That's very pretty and a very neat idea! I think I will try to do this as well and see if I can devise a paper substitute for the pipe cleaner wire. Thanks! :D

That is very pretty! I make it with a square sheet of paper and the bottom leaf looks different...nice though, very nice!
